Planning to add aura effects, lightning, colour, sound and zoom out with this one. Long way ahead for now though.
If I can be bothered, but which might be unlikely haha, I'll make the clothes move too.

It's looped, but he's saying:

"I'm sorry that took so much longer than the others, heh, but I haven't had much occasion to practice this one. This is what I call a Super Saiyan 3."

A pretty simple animation but I figured I'd do one to upload. It's not really a sketch at this point, its past that, but it's easier to put that in the title compared to "slightly refined inital drawing" or something haha.
